By accessing or using TaskyInn's property management system ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

TaskyInn provides a cloud-based property management system designed for the hospitality industry in Saudi Arabia. Our Service includes reservation management, guest management, housekeeping coordination, ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing, reporting, and related features.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction
  • Have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Our Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees according to your selected plan
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Authorize automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

6. Data Ownership and Rights

Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you input into our Service. You grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide and improve our Service.

Our Service: TaskyInn and its licensors own all rights to the Service, including software, design, and content. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as necessary to use the Service.

7. ZATCA Compliance

Our Service includes features designed to help you comply with ZATCA e-invoicing requirements. While we strive to maintain compliance with current regulations, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring your use of the Service meets all applicable legal requirements. We recommend consulting with a tax professional for specific compliance guidance.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskyInn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TaskyInn, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription:

  • At the end of any billing period with 30 days' notice
  • Immediately for material breach of these Terms

Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
